…I had just turned 40 but I was feeling like I was much older.

The guys had a good laugh at my expense, and after the game was over, I asked him how old he was and my jaw dropped when he replied …

“If I didn’t look at myself in the mirror and see my grey hair, I wouldn’t think that I was getting older at all. I’m active and playing basketball a few times a week and still able to keep up with the younger guys. I still feel like I’m in my 20’s and to be honest, I’ve never felt better!” 

I thought it was because Dave had good genes, ate healthy, and exercised his entire life…

…he wasn’t on some special Japanese diet for living longer, and although he did his best to eat healthy, he said he occasionally caved to eating fried chicken and even had a few beers from time to time.

He even told me that not only did his father have multiple health problems, but he himself was overweight when he was younger.
